These were a few pictures from the weekend. We took Keely to church for the first time this Sunday. She did pretty good up until the end of service...she started to fuss a little so I went ahead and took her on out before she caused a distraction!! She slept most of the service though! Keely~ 1 month old

I cannot believe my baby girl is already 1 month old!! Now I understand what everyone says...time flies!! Kevin and I have had so much fun with our little angel and could'nt imagine life without her now!! She is so, so, so sweet and precious! Sorry-I am a little partial! =) She is weighing almost 9 lbs now and is 23 inches long! She is growing so fast! She loves her milk as she consumes about 3 oz each feeding! She is a great little sleeper...when we first lay her down at night she sleeps anywhere from 4-6 hours, and after that feeding she sleeps 3 to 31/2 hours. So mommy and daddy are not too bad exhausted! Hopefully it will only get better! Anyways, she is a doll baby and we could'nt ask for more!! We never stop giving thanks to the good Lord for our sweet angel!! I had fun taking a few pics of her today andwanted to share them with ya'll! The cute monogrammed bloomers were given to Keely from Jenny Holloway...thanks Jenny!! =) They are a little big on her now, but still cute as can be on that little booty! ;-) Hope you all enjoy the pictures...

Baby Keely's Arrival...

Well, my baby girl is finally here!! She was born on August 18th at 3:35 pm!! What a wonderful day that was....so, so, so special!! The Lord truly blessed me with an easy, safe, and fast delivery! I assumed from hearing other stories that it would probably be a long day being my first baby, but it ended up going by so fast! I went in for induction that tuesday morning at 6:00 am and everything happened so fast! Keely was in my arms at 3:35 that afternoon!! What an amazing experience it all was. Kevin and I are truly thankful for our little gift from God and never take for granted what a healthy, beautiful baby girl she is!!

She weighed 7 lbs 1 3/4 oz, and was 19 1/2 inches long!! She had a head full of pretty blonde hair! I remember as I was pushing asking "does she have hair?!"...I knew I had suffered 9 long months with extreme heartburn and reflux for her not to have hair!! So I was very excited to see all her pretty hair!! It was allllll so worth it!!

Shower Gifts...

My "home" church, Fairview in Columbus gave me a baby shower on August 2. I do not have the pictures from that shower yet, because they were all taken from my sister's camera. So when I do get the pictures from her I will definitely post them as it was a GREAT shower!! I had 16 wonderful hostesses who all made it SO special! I got so many nice things for baby Keely that day! Thanks to all of you hostesses and church family who made it so special!

I always like to give my hostesses a little happy for going out of their way for me...so I painted them all these little cross paintings as a "thank you" for giving me such a nice shower! I hope they all liked them...I think they did! =)

Here are the pictures of my baby shower that my wonderful aunts & cousins did for me! It was so cute and a lot of fun! My little Keely girl will be dressed in something cute daily as she got lots and lots of clothes!! A girl can't have too many clothes though ;-)!! In these pictures, I am 31 weeks and 2 days pregnant! Anyways, thank you Aunt Nee-Nee, Aunt Nee-Cee, Tabby, and Megan soooo much for such a precious baby shower! Kevin and I were both so thankful!!

Wanda's Painted Creations...

Here is a step stool that my dad built and my mom painted for me to put in my kitchen! I have a lot of tall cabinets in my kitchen where I am always having to climb up on the counter to get something out of the cabinet I need...so my dad made this handy dandy step stool for me and my mom put her painted touch on it to match my kitchen perfect!! Isn't it cute??
As you can see, she is very talented with painting ALL types of furniture! She also painted my sister one to go in her bathroom where she can step into her jacuzzi tub easily. Hers turned out too cute as well! I wish I had a picture to share, but maybe just maybe Angie will update her blog so you all can see it!!!! Anyways, mom has painted many different pieces of furniture for many different people, so if anyone has furniture that you might want to spice up a little just let me know and I can get you her contact information! She is very talented with this and would love to do this for you! She has done bookshelves, coffee tables, buffet style tables and much more!!
Anyways, I just wanted to share with you all my cute little step stool created by my very talented parents!! Thank you mom & dad sooooo much! I love it and am enjoying it!!!

22 weeks check-up and preggo picture...

Well, we went today for our 22 week check-up on baby Keely. Everything went well and the doctor said everything was looking great and still progressing as it should be! So we were very thankful to hear that news! We are still on for Keely's arrival to be on or around August 27!!

It's A GIRL!!!

FINALLY...Here are the latest pictures on our baby GIRL!!! (You may have to click on the picture itself to make it big enough to see it clearly!) We were very shocked, but very excited too to find out we were gonna have a girl!! We found out a little over a week ago at my 18 weeks doctor visit, and ever since then I cannot stay away from the PINK stuff!! It has been so much fun already, so I can only imagine what it will be like when she is actually here with us!!!

Her name is Keely Jean Drewry (Jean is after my mom) and we plan to call her Keely!! So we are just very anxious and excited to meet baby Keely; however, there are a lot of preparations still to be made before her arrival!;-) So please continue to pray for our little angel and then me and kevin as well as we are trying to get prepared! I will keep you all updated!!

Well, it's a........

...????....that's right, we went back today all pumped up to find out if it's a Boy or Girl, and just could'nt tell!! :-( And it was not the baby's fault by no means cause he or she was just a moving! Very active today moving those little legs and arms!! It was fun to watch! So, yelp we gotta wait 4 more weeks now...ugh, it is killing me!! I know he or she will be worth the wait for sure, but mommy here is ready to buy he or she something!!! And I want it to be either PINK or BLUE!!! So Im gonna hold off and wait 4 more weeks!!! She did tell us that he or she has long toes!! ha ha! Kevin and I both have long toes, so that comes honest for sure!;-)
Anyways, just wanted to keep you all posted! Hopefully for sure next time we will know!! Have a wonderful week!!

Baby Drewry Is On The Way!!!

I am so thrilled and excited to tell you that Kevin and I are gonna be a MoMmY & DaDdy come August!! We are so excited, anxious, and nervous all at the same time!! We actually found out the first week of December, but somehow kept it a secret for 2 whole months!! I still can't believe I held it in for that long as I am terrible at keeping secrets!! But I did:-) We just wanted to go to the doctor for total confirmation of it all first before we told anyone! So i first had to go take a pregnancy test at the doctor's office for them to confirm that I was indeed pregnant before they would do anything else for me. Then I got to go back in 2 weeks for the first ultrasound!! We got to see the itty bitty baby and hear it's heartbeat for the first time!! Wow...that was so amazing and completely brought tears to my eyes! God is soooo good!! We found out that day that we were due on August 27, 2009!! So exciting!!
So, on January 11 we just had to make a quick trip home to tell our families before we exploded!! They were all pretty shocked, but definitely excited!! It was a fun time!!
Then on January 26 we went back to the doctor for our 10 week check-up and everything went great and was looking good! She said everything was progressing as it should be, so we were very thankful to hear that! She also did a 4D picture of the baby for us which is absolutley AMAZING and soooo precious! It's so hard to believe to look at that picture and know it's inside of my belly!! I am posting the picture below for ya'll to see, but for some reason I could not get it in regular picture size:-( But if you look real hard you can see our little angel! It looks as though he or she is either crying or being shy one! It has it's little fisted hands over it's eyes! So precious to look at...and yes I'm a little partial of course!!
Our next appointment is February 23. She told us that we should be able to determine the sex of the baby if he or she cooperates!! I can't wait to find out so I can start buying things!! Kevin and I both have been calling it a HIM all along, but she told us that we may be surprised based on that fast heartbeat!! So we shall see...hopefully in 3 weeks! Say a lil' prayer that the little booger will cooperate for us on that day! ha ha! And I will definitely be letting you all know as soon as I find out so stay tuned!!

Long Time....No Blog!!!

I know, I know...it has been way too long since I have updated this thing!! Let me just start out saying that we had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year's!! It all just came and left really fast it seems!! I had to work a good bit through out the holidays, so I guess that's why I feel that way. Anyways, I hope you all had a great holiday season as well and hopefully having a great start to 2009!! I cant believe it is 2009 already, wow how time flies!!
I am gonna try to get you all updated on "the drewry's" tonight...so stay tuned!!

I finally got me one after many long hunts!! I was so proud! He was not even the buck I had been hunting for, but when he came walking out Kevin looked at him through the scope and said "baby, get em'...he is a shooter!!" So I did! He was about 225 yards from where we were sitting and I got the gun on him and boom! It's kind of funny watching the video because right after I shot, I said "I missed em'!! But, oh no I didnt!! So anyways here he is and I think I am thru hunting for the year!

I took these a while back when I first put the tree up which was the week before thanksgiving, so that's why you don't see any presents under the tree!!
